# AdPix Captcha

AdPix Captcha protects forms, sign-in pages and checkouts against bots — invisible, and risk-scored rather than puzzle-based. The full guides and the API reference are still being written; this page holds their place.

## What Captcha does

AdPix Captcha protects the three places where bots cost you the most: your site forms, your sign-in page, and your checkout.

The decision is made from a risk score, not from a puzzle every visitor has to solve. That is what invisible means here: a visitor who behaves normally is given nothing to solve, and their sign-up or purchase is never interrupted.

Nothing more is written on this page, because the rest of the product's behaviour is not documented yet.

## The documentation is still being written

The install and configuration guides for Captcha, and its API reference, are being written. This page is deliberately short and exists to hold their place, so page URLs, search and the sitemap work from day one.

Each guide appears in the list beside this page as it is finished.

> **Do not work from a guess**
>
> Until the install guide is published, do not take a snippet, a site key or a service URL from an old ticket, an internal sample or another product's documentation. A wrong key on a checkout page either turns real customers away or lets bots through — and you find out late either way.

## Where to start in the meantime

Three things exist today and are worth your time:

- **The Account section** — signing in to AdPix, profile and security, creating an organization and inviting your team. In the service menu, My AdPix Account has its own entry, and profile, billing and API keys live there.
- **The Concepts section** — roles and data restrictions, the organization and property hierarchy, and consent categories. These are shared AdPix concepts and are not tied to one product.
- **The console itself** — in the console top bar, open the AdPix services button and pick AdPix Captcha.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I install Captcha on my site today?

The install guide is not published yet. Until this section is written, do not take a snippet, a site key or a service URL from an old ticket, an internal sample or another product's documentation; everything you need will come from this section and from the Captcha console itself.

### How is Captcha different from invalid-traffic detection in Analytics?

Invalid-traffic detection in AdPix Analytics works on traffic that has already been recorded — scoring, reporting, and a blocklist export for the ad platforms. Captcha acts at the moment of the request. One reports, the other stops.

### Where is Captcha in the console?

In the console top bar, open the AdPix services button — the menu titled Switch service — and pick AdPix Captcha. The same menu also holds My AdPix Account, AdPix Analytics and AdPix Tag Manager.

### Where will the Captcha guides be published?

Here, under Start here. Page URLs are stable, so you can bookmark this page and come back. No release date is announced.
